Ep 29 - The Feeling Center

In this episode, I focus on the feeling center, the body’s brain, and the profound guidance we are connected to when we can “feel” what our body is telling us. I use a recent experience as an example of the subtle – or sometimes not-so-subtle communication from our higher selves or other guides. We are encouraged by higher intelligence to live from our feeling center to connect with our higher purpose and cultivate an effortless existence. I also talk about the shape of the spiral as the path of creation that guides us to our goals versus the elusive linear track.
