Ep 27 - The Light Body

In this episode, I read a powerful chapter from the book Earth by Barbara Marciniak. This chapter encompassed the meat and potatoes of our creator power in the human form. It outlines the conditioning needed for our consciousness to expand beyond the parameters of the life we perceive. Through preparing our bodies with self-love and accountability, we undergo a chemical infusion that rebuilds and expands our body's systems from the inside out – affecting who we are and how the cosmos perceive us. Our purpose is illuminated by this inner expansion – but this expansion requires our commitment and intention to, physically as well as spiritually, evolve.
